Senior Project Manager

Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on the maintenance and repair of Italian yachts, including their unique systems, materials, and technologies such as power supply and propulsion systems. Provide hands-on training and demonstrations of repair techniques, engine maintenance, electrical systems, hull integrity, and other yacht-specific components. Tailor training sessions to meet the diverse needs and experience levels of team members, from beginners to advanced technicians. Ensure trainees acquire the necessary skills to perform maintenance and repairs that meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications. Create detailed manuals, guides, and instructional materials for use during and after training sessions. Educate trainees on safety protocols, ensuring they understand and adhere to workplace safety regulations during yacht maintenance and repair. Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the yacht industry, particularly pertaining to Italian yacht manufacturers. Assess and track the progress of trainees, providing constructive feedback to improve their technical capabilities.
