Cook

Boothbay Habor Yacht Club includes a full-service restaurant, offering a selection of both lunch and dinner entrées and appetizers. Workers employed in the Cook position will prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, salads, meats, vegetables, and/or desserts in the restaurants. Equipment includes basic kitchen ware/utensils as well as ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Prepare food and assemble ingredients for menu items, ensuring that food portions and presentation meet standards. Clean and sterilize food preparation areas, following food health and safety regulations.
