Food Preparation Worker

Duties may include: Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, and provide cooks with needed items. Assist host by clearing tables and seating patrons. Wash, peel, and cut various foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to prepare for cooking or serving. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware. Load dishes, glasses, and tableware into dishwashing machine. Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers & other related Food Preparation Worker activities as per SOC/OES 35-2021 (onetonline.org). Multiple possible shifts: 10:00AM-6:30PM or 1:00PM-9:30PM. Standard/Expected Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 10:00AM-6:30PM or 1:00PM-9:30PM. Offering 40+ (plus) hours per week; not including applicable lunch and/or breaks. Schedule may be subject to change depending on events. Possible weekend/holiday work. Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites (if applicable). Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed).
