Hotel Worker

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas and public access spaces and includes making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities. Key duties also involve managing laundry, and ensuring guest privacy and security. This role requires excellent attention to detail, physical stamina, and strong organizational skills to meet high standards of cleanliness. Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other public areas. Dust and polish furniture and surfaces, and vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Make beds, change linens, and replace used towels according to hotel standards. Empty trash receptacles and remove soiled linen and other waste. Restocking and amenities: Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, toilet paper, drinking glasses, coffee, and other amenities. Maintain the cleanliness and stock of linen closets and housekeeping carts. Laundry and linen management. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing. Manage the inventory of clean linens. Report any maintenance issues, such as broken appliances, light bulbs, or damage, to the appropriate department. Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy. Adhere to safety and security protocols, respecting guest privacy and "do not disturb" signs.
