Prepare simple daily food items and beverages-typical carnival foods from scratch: corn-dogs, nachos, funnel cakes, following specific methods that usually require short preparation time. Using proper safety precautions and sanitary measures operate large-volume cooking equipment, such as grills, deep-fat fryers, griddles, oven or hot plates. Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking using knives or slicers. Following simple specified instructions: Set up-and take down the booth, this consists of opening the awnings and closing them. No tools are needed. Replenish food and paper products as needed. Using basic cleaning supplies and following proper saf
