Maid and Housekeeper

Duties may include: Clean common areas, hallways, restrooms, rooms, stairways, and other Lodge accommodations. Disinfect high touch areas such as countertops, doorknobs, light switches, sinks, showers, and toilets. Sweep and mop floors. Clean carpets, draperies, rugs, and upholstered furniture. Dust or wash blinds, ceilings, dishes, walls, windows, and woodwork. Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, light bulbs, linens, and toiletries. Gather and empty trash. Keep carts and storage areas well-stocked and tidy. Sort, count, and mark clean linens and store them in linen closets. Look after the guests’ and lodge’s belongings by reporting items damaged, missing, or left behind. Use hand tools such as brooms, dusters, mops, rags, spray bottles, vacuums & other related Maid and Housekeeper activities as per SOC/OES 37-2012 (onetonline.org). Standard/Expected Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM. Offering 40+ (plus) hours per week; not including applicable lunch and/or breaks. Weekly schedule may vary depending on business needs and occupancy.. Possible weekend/holiday work. Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites (if applicable). Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed).
