Groundskeeper

Duties may include: Care for golf course: mow greens, tees, fairways, rough areas, native grasses, along trees/fence lines/banks/hillsides, water tees/greens/fairways, edge cart paths, rake bunkers, gather & remove debris/litter. Spray fertilizers as needed. Use hand tools: shovels/rakes/brush trimmers, as well as operate vehicles/powered equipment: mowers, edgers, tractors. Maintain irrigation systems, including winterizing the systems and starting them up in spring & other related Groundskeeper activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org). Standard/Expected Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-3:00PM. Offering 40+ (plus) hours per week; not including applicable lunch and/or breaks. Daily shift includes paid 30 minute lunch break. Varying shifts during operating hours due to work volume fluctuations. Possible hours could be on Sundays through Saturdays (open 7 days a week). Possible weekend/holiday work. Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites (if applicable). Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed).
