Team Assembler

Performs one or more repetitive jobs on an assembly table and/or line to produce roof and floor trusses used in residential and light commercial buildings. Assemble precut pieces of lumber in a set pattern. Position and fasten specified metal connectors over connecting joints using hand tools and equipment including a hammer, staple gun, bander, tape measure, and glue gun. Press assembled trusses; splice, nail, stack, label, band and prepare finished trusses for delivery. Maintain work area and keep it clean. Other related duties as assigned. The employer will offer a minimum of 35 hours of work per week. Shifts: Monday – Thursday 4:30am-3:00pm, Monday – Friday 4:30am-3:00pm, Monday – Thursday 3pm-3:30am. Work on weekends may be required. Workdays, hours, and shift times may vary depending on weather and business demands. Extended shifts may be required when necessary.
