Cook

Grill, cook and fry items such as chicken, meats, seafood, vegetables as required. Prep quality and quantity of assigned food dishes. Responsible for kitchen supplies, food rotation, and labeling of time and date of food stored. Follow general food safety and sanitation guidelines as well as clean food prep areas, equipment, and kitchen counters. Alert chef to equipment and maintenance guidelines. Anticipated days and hours of work per week and schedule: Employer will offer a minimum of no less than 35 hours per week. Open 7-days a week (including Holidays). Shifts are 6am to 2pm; 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am. Must work weekends and holidays; days off vary. Overtime: As needed only.
