Landscape or maintain grounds of properties using hand or power tools or equipment; operate mowers, edgers, weed eaters, sprayers, chainsaws, concrete saws, patching machines, tamping devices, and other simple machines and equipment; water, fertilize, dig, and rake as needed to care for the grounds; place and install plants, trees, and sod; use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes; prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws; participate in cleaning to gather and remove litter; and perform other duties as assigned by operation manger and site foreman.
