Caterer

Duties may include: Assist in catering and meeting setup. Sweep, mop, vacuum floors. Arrange/clean tables and chairs. Set up tables with linens and supplies. Serve food at catered events. Remove dirty dishes. Interact with customers to meet their needs. Assist to upkeep catering equipment & other related Caterer activities as per SOC/OES 35-9011 (onetonline.org). Standard/Expected Schedule: Monday-Sunday 5:30AM-11:30PM. Offering 45+ (plus) hours per week; not including applicable lunch and/or breaks. 5:30AM-11:30PM, MON-SUN, WORK 5-6 DAYS/WEEK. WORKDAYS/SHIFTS/HOURS MAY VARY DEPENDING ON EVENTS. Possible weekend/holiday work. Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites (if applicable). Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed). Employees will work all hours in a tipped occupation, and the employer will comply with the requirements for taking a tip credit under FLSA Section 3(M). Employees will be paid a cash wage of $10/hour, and the employer will take a tip credit of $5.66/hour. Overtime cash wage is $15/hour, and the employer will take a tip credit of $8.49/hour.
