Kitchen Stewards

Ocean Edge Resort LLC dba Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club seeks Kitchen Stewards, 9 openings, Temporary full-time positions from 4/1/26 to 11/15/26 in Brewster, MA. Kitchen Stewards: Responsible for operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools. Also responsible for washing dishes, Chinaware, flatware, cutlery, crockery, kitchen vessels, as well as sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing equipment. Responsible for maintaining the kitchen, dish washing and back area in an inspection-ready condition in accordance with local authority and hotel guidelines. No experience necessary; will train. Workers will be paid no less than $18.57 per hour. Overtime hours may be available at a rate of $27.86 per hour. Generally: min. of 35 hours per week, on average 7 hours per workday and 5 workdays per week. Weekends and holidays required. Various shifts available but normally 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm daily. Conditions of employment for H2B and U.S. workers: 1. Initial transportation to begin the seasonal/peak employment (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer
