Bartenders

EOS Hospitality Wequassett Employee LLC, dba Wequassett Resort and Golf Club, seeks Bartenders, 8 openings, Temporary full-time positions from 4/1/26 to 11/10/26 in East Harwich, MA. Bartenders: responsible for taking orders, mixing and serving drinks to members and guests, cleaning glasses and bar equipment, and ensuring that the bar and work areas are clean and well stocked (including preparation of garnishes). Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. No experience necessary; will train. Employer will guarantee minimum H-2B wage rate of $21.84 per hour worked. The H-2B wage will consist of Massachusetts min. wage, tips and additional employer pay as needed. Overtime hours may be available at a rate of $32.76 per hour. Generally: min. of 35 hours per week, on average 7 hours per workday and 5 workdays per week. Weekends and holidays required. Various shifts available but normally 10am to 7pm or 3pm to 10pm daily. Conditions of employment for H2B and U.S. workers: 1. Initial transportation to begin the seasonal/peak employment (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period.
