Stanmar, Inc., seeks Servers, 17 openings, Temporary full-time positions from 4/1/26 to 12/10/26 in Nantucket County and Dukes County, MA. Servers: responsible for greeting customers, setting-up the dining areas, taking and placing guest orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, cleaning and clearing tables, and calculate bills and accept payments. 3 months of serving experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required. Employer will guarantee minimum H-2B wage rate of $20.52 per hour worked. The H-2B wage will consist of Massachusetts min. wage, tips and additional employer pay as needed. Generally: min. of 35 hours per week, on average 7 hours per workday and 5 workdays per week. Weekends and holidays required. Various shifts available but normally 6:00am-2:00pm, 11:00am-7:00pm, and/or 3:00pm-11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Conditions of employment for H2B and U.S. workers: 1. Initial transportation to begin the seasonal/peak employment (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer.
