Grounds Workers

CBI Operations, LLC dba Chatham Bars Inn seeks Grounds Workers, 5 openings, Temporary full-time positions from 4/1/26 to 11/30/26 in Chatham, MA. Grounds Workers are responsible for: the overall maintenance and care of hotel lawns, plantings, and trees; clearing of leaves and debris from all outdoor areas, rubbish removal; maintain tool and equipment, and perform other landscaping work. Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license or eligibility to drive in the U.S. If requested, employer will reimburse for motor vehicle record checks as well as the cost of taking Massachusetts RMV, eye, written, and road exams. No experience necessary; will train. Workers will be paid no less than $23.71 per hour. Returning workers and workers with more experience may be paid higher wage rates up to $27.00 per hour. Overtime hours may be available at a rate ranging from $35.57 to $40.50 per hour. Generally, min. of 35 hours per week, on average 7 hours per workday and 5 workdays per week. Weekends and holidays required. Various shifts required, but generally 7 am - 3 pm or 3 pm - 11 pm. Conditions of employment for H2B and U.S. workers: 1. Initial transportation to begin the seasonal/peak employment (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period.
