Dining Room Supervisors

Piping Rock Club, Inc. dba Piping Rock Club, seeks Dining Room Supervisors, 2 openings, Temporary, Peak Load, full-time positions from 4/1/26 to 10/31/26 at 150 Piping Rock Road and 105 Sheep Lane, in Locust Valley, NY, 11560. Dining Room Supervisors: Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food, ensuring club standards are met, tracking inventory of food and equipment, and training servers on point-of sale system. May supervise up to thirty (30) Assistant Servers, Servers, Bartenders, Dishwashers, and Cooks. Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. One (1) year of serving experience in a fine dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required. Workers will be paid no less than $25.91 per hour. Returning workers and workers with more experience may be paid higher wage rates up to $28.00 per hour. Overtime hours may be available at a rate ranging from $38.87 to $42.00 per hour. Generally, minimum of 35 hours per week, on average 7 hours per workday and 5 workdays per week. Weekends and holidays required. Various shifts required, but generally 10 am-4 pm or 6 pm-10 pm daily.
