Spa Concierge/Reservationists

CBI Operations, LLC dba Chatham Bars Inn seeks Spa Concierge/Reservationists, 1 opening, Temporary full-time positions from 04/1/26 to 11/15/26 in Chatham, MA. Spa Concierge/Reservationists: responsible for answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments, welcoming guests to the Spa and checking them in, touring guest through the Spa and sharing information about spa amenities, and completing the guest check out transaction once their treatment is complete. Requirements include basic computer skills, ability to stand for long periods of time, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English. No experience necessary; will train. Employer will guarantee minimum H-2B wage rate of $20.87 per hour worked. Overtime hours may be available at a rate of $31.31 per hour. The wages will consist of Massachusetts min. wage, tips and additional employer pay as needed. Generally, min. of 35 hours per week, on average 7 hours per workday and 5 workdays per week.
