Guest Services Agent

Check guests into hotel rooms, act as a resort ambassador with each guest, complete operations at the front desk, and maintain the resort guest service standards and operational procedures. The position will also greet, welcome and check-in upon arrival; greet and bid farewell upon departure. Handle incoming phone calls, radio calls, and guest messages; maintain guest accounts; educate self and guest on resort activities, events and happenings; anticipate guest needs and problem solve before they become complaints; issues and deal with them before they become complaints; follow safety and emergency policy and procedures; clean and maintain a tidy and professional work area; assist with answering the phone (PBX).
