Line Cook

Line Cooks will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Ability to work at all stations on the line. Responsible for following state and local sanitation guidelines, as instructed by Chefs and Supervisors. Expected to work in a clean manner, keeping uniform clean as well as work surfaces clean and organized. Responsible for cleaning work surfaces as needed throughout the day and thoroughly cleaning the kitchen and work stations at the end of the day/shift. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm, 3:00pm – 10:00pm, or 6:00pm – 1:00am. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
