Restaurant Dishwasher

Dishwashers work in a restaurant or inn kitchen setting. Primary duty will be to wash dirty dishes in preparation for reuse. Workers will also load or unload dishes into cleaning stations as well as storage space for clean dishes that are to be used following wash. Workers may be asked to carry kitchen products and otherwise contribute to other cleaning or sanitation efforts at times as part of a team effort to provide customers with a clean and sanitary dining experience. Dishwashers must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of weight and stand on their feet for very long periods of time. Workers will comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, orders, and mandates related to sanitation and cleanliness.
