Food & Beverage Supervisor

Food & Beverage Supervisors who will be responsible for directly supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food in the dining outlets, which includes occasional private events and banquets. Will also be responsible for setting up the dining room, taking and placing customers’ orders, carrying trays, serving food and beverages, greeting guests, and cleaning and clearing tables. May supervise up to fifty (50) Servers. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00AM – 3:00PM, 10:00AM – 6:00PM, or 3:00PM – 11:00PM. Shift hours may vary.
