Grounds/Maintenance Worker

Grounds/Maintenance Workers will be responsible for maintaining resort grounds using hand and power tools and equipment. Will perform any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and sprinkler installation. Will also maintain and repair landscaping tools, equipment, and structures. Will perform some basic janitorial work upon requests from guests, such as unclogging toilets or inspecting room features (such as air conditioners) and notifying management of the need for any repairs. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 2:00pm, 10:00am to 5:00pm, or 1:00pm to 8:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.
