Line Cook

Line Cooks will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant at Crane Hotel Group’s property. Line Cooks will be responsible for setting up and restocking the stations before and during each dining service which involves ensuring enough ingredients are available for each service. Line Cooks will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness which includes preparing clean cutting boards, utensils, and dinnerware, wearing clean gloves, and completing cleaning duties at the end of each shift using sanitizing spray to clean surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, and bringing all used cooking implements to the dishwashing station. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
