Steward/Dishwasher

Steward/Dishwashers will be responsible for washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, polishing silver, maintaining equipment and work areas in kitchen and employee dining room in clean condition, stocking kitchen supplies and food items/condiments for restaurant and employee café, sweeping and mopping kitchen and café floors, sorting and removing trash, and assisting with the washing, peeling, and cutting of vegetables. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, or 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for additional information.
