Guest Relations Agent

Guest Relations Agents will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, responding to caller and guest requests, greeting guests, assisting with making room, restaurant, and spa reservations, distributing hotel information, checking guests in and out, monitor cleanliness and amenities in the lobby and reception area, taking payments, escorting guests to their guestroom or cottage, taking room service orders and any special requests. Schedule: 35 hours per week minimum. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shift: 6:00AM- 1:00PM or 4:00PM-11:00PM. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for additional information.
