Banquet Server

The Banquet Server is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of food and beverage service for all banquet functions in accordance with established standards. This includes setting up events by arranging silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and organizing buffets and break stations to meet quality expectations. During service, the worker will pick up food from designated areas, transport food and equipment to the event location, serve guests, and clear tables efficiently. Post-event the worker responsibilities involve bussing tables, breaking down and cleaning used equipment, removing soiled linens, and returning items to proper storage. Additionally, the worker must maintain the cleanliness and organization of service areas and storerooms, ensuring a professional appearance with the required uniform, and preparing for upcoming shifts to ensure readiness for future functions.
