Maintenance Worker

Maintenance Worker: • 5 openings. Employer will offer a minimum of 35hrs/wk. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain or drought may affect working hours. Example of scheduled shifts: 7a-2p, 10a-5p & 3p-10p. • Wage: $23.50/HR., based on merit and experience. Overtime hours over 40 hours/WK, if available is paid at 1.5 times the base rate at $35.25/HR. • Additional compensation such as raises and bonuses may be available based on individual factors including tenure, experience/skills and work performance. Job Duties: • Perform basic maintenance tasks including but not limited to: change air filters, caulk; plunge sinks or toilets, fix door locks, adjust or make minor repairs to electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, pool & spa, and plumbing systems. • Notify managers of need for major repairs or additions to facility operating systems; requisition equip & supplies needed for cleaning & maintenance duties. • While walking throughout the property, make note of items in need of attention. Provide groundskeeping services, such as landscaping or snow removal. Respond to guest room calls/maintenance calls in a timely manner. Keep all maintenance storage areas neat and clean.
