Maintenance Worker • 6 openings from 4/1/26 through 12/15/26. • Temporary, Full time • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and/or public spaces as required. Touch-up painting, touch-up furniture ensuring that all necessary hardware and appliances are present in the room and in working order. Record equipment temperatures and report if out of range Replace light fixtures and inspecting and repairing grout and caulking. Maintain, repair and clean all guest rooms in accordance with the property room preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisors. Proper standards for 5-star service including name usage • Monday through Sunday. Min 35hrs/wk. varies shifts 6a-1p, 10a-5p & 3p-11p. Scheduled shift and workdays vary. May rotate/split shifts. Weekends & holidays required. • Min. starting wage $26.46 per hour. OT may be available over 40hrs/week at $39.69/hr.
