Cooks

Duties include performing any combination of the following tasks: Cook food overheat & prepare dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, salads, appetizers, or desserts in a restaurant and/or quick service grill, maintain a clean workspace, and assist the Executive Chef. Will use all kitchen equipment, including but not limited to stove, oven, grill, fryer, knives, mixers, food processors, dishwater, and cleaning supplies. Position requires standing for the duration of the shift and may also include washing dishes and cleaning kitchen area. Scheduled shift and workdays will vary. Rotate/split shifts. Weekends & holidays required. Days & Shifts vary: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM; 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM; 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM; 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; 4:00 PM - 12:00 PM.
