Laundry Workers

Responsible for the upkeep and functioning of laundry. Operates washing machines, dryers’, irons and pressing machines. Collects, sorts, washes, dries, presses, and folds all linens and other textile items. Determines methods to clean stained loads. Ensures that clean linens are up to standards before placing into inventory. Conducts monthly inventory and ensures proper linen levels are maintained in the laundry storage area. Works closely with the housekeeping staff to determine the property level of linens kept on the guest’s floor and in the Restaurant. Responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of the laundry area and equipment at all times. 35-40 hours/wk. 9:00AM – 5:00PM Employees will work 5- 6 days/wk but days of the week will vary weekly. Employees must be able to commit to entire period of need. Will train. Pay will be within range $19.47 - $23.00 based upon performance at employer's discretion. Possible bonuses based upon performance at employer's discretion. Employer will make all deductions from paycheck as required by law. A standard work week will be used to compute wages.
