Groundskeepers

Maintain and beautify the grounds and landscaped areas of the private clubhouse, tennis center, pools, and golf course. Perform a variety of outdoor manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, trimming, edging, mowing, watering, fertilizing, and mulching to preserve the appearance and health of lawns, gardens, and trees. Operate and maintain lawn mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, shovels, and other hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Pick up and dispose of litter and debris around the club grounds and parking areas. Ensure all work areas are kept clean, orderly, and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. One month of some groundskeeping, landscaping experience preferred but not required. 40 hrs/wk. Shifts are 5:00AM – 1:00PM and 7:00AM – 3:00PM. Wage paid within range of $25.12 - $28.00/hr based upon performance at employer's discretion. Employees will work 5-6 days/wk but days of the week and shifts will vary weekly. Possible 1-10 hours overtime/wk. Club locations for positions: 100 Clubhouse Lane, Edgartown, MA 16 Field Club Lane, Edgartown, MA Employees must be able to commit to entire period of need.
