Counter Attendant

Make and serve food items, hot and cold beverages, candies and desserts to customers for take-out. Prepare bills for food items using cash register and accept payment. General cleaning throughout the store to keep sanitary conditions. Workers cook fudge, and make confections as well as packaging and selling these items to the public to order. At any given time they may make popcorn and or caramel corn to order as well as cook fudge, cupcakes and confections, meaning that they temper (cook) chocolate filling chocolate molds or dipping items such as strawberries, pies, cakes and other items to order.
