This does not refer to groundskeeping duties or maintenance work. 2. “Dishes” refers to removal of dirty dishes from rooms, buildings, grounds, or hallways that are left by guests. 3. “Overnight guest rooms” refers to cleaning spaces that are behind locked customer doors or are specifically assigned to a guest or group of guests, including living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining areas, decks, and porch areas that may need cleaning (e.g. vacuuming carpets, rugs, and draperies; sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping hard surfaces; cleaning the furniture, fixtures, equipment, and walls; moving furniture). This does not refer to groundskeeping duties or maintenance work. 4. “Grounds” refers to cleaning spaces that are on the exterior of buildings, including patios and outdoor gather spaces that may need cleaning (e.g. sweeping the patio, cleaning outdoor furniture, and picking up cigarette butts).
