Restaurant Support Staff

Food Preparation duties include: • assemble bread baskets and associated food items • fill glasses of water, coffee, soft drinks and similar drink preparations Note - All food preparation will take place at server prep stations in the dining room. Service duties include: • clean and sanitize tables and food prep stations in the dining area • provide food and beverage service • provide superior customer service and teamwork with fellow employees Serving duties include: • answer questions regarding menu items • take food and beverage orders • data entry into restaurant software • handle cash, check and credit card transactions
