Front Desk Agents

EOS Hospitality RJR MA Employee LLC, dba Red Jacket Resorts, seeks Front Desk Agents, 8 openings, Temporary full-time positions from 4/1/26 to 10/31/26 in West Yarmouth and South Yarmouth, MA. Front Desk Agents: check in guests upon arrival, check guests out upon departure, post charges to appropriate guest accounts, answer calls that come to the front desk, assist guests by answering their questions, requests and resolving problems or complaints, assisting in reservations as needed. No experience necessary; will train. Workers will be paid no less than $19.42 per hour. Returning workers and workers with more experience may be paid higher wage rates up to $20.50 per hour. Overtime hours may be available at a rate ranging from $29.13 to $30.75 per hour. Generally, min. of 35 hours per week, on average 7 hours per workday and 5 workdays per week. Weekends and holidays required. Various shifts required, but generally 7 am-2 pm, 12 pm-7 pm, or 3 pm-11 pm. Conditions of employment for H2B and U.S. workers: 1. Initial transportation to begin the seasonal/peak employment (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
