EOS Hospitality RJR MA Employee LLC, dba Red Jacket Resorts, seeks Servers, 7 openings, Temporary full-time positions from 4/1/26 to 10/31/26 in West Yarmouth and South Yarmouth, MA. Servers: serve food and beverages to guests throughout all resort venues, including restaurants, banquet facilities and guest rooms. Prepare restaurant tables, accurately takes orders and completes bill and payment transactions on POS system. Follows daily checklists for side work including set-ups, stocks, and break down of service. Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs. Min. age is 18 due to alcohol service. No experience necessary; will train. Workers will be paid no less than $20.80 per hour. Overtime hours may be available at a rate of $31.20 per hour. Generally, min. of 35 hours per week, on average 7 hours per workday and 5 workdays per week. Weekends and holidays required. Various shifts required, but generally 6 am-1 pm, 12 pm-7 pm, or 4 pm-11 pm. Conditions of employment for H2B and U.S. workers: 1. Initial transportation to begin the seasonal/peak employment (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period.
