Front Desk Receptionist

To be responsible for communicating arrival details to guests, answering questions about the property and surrounding area, checking guests in, checking guests out, and being present at the Front Desk for any issues or questions that guests might come forward with. Ensure proper trash removal and disposal in accordance with sanitation standards, and assist with putting away daily orders and organizing storage areas as needed. Will also handle the overnight audit. 1 year of prior Front Desk experience required in a high-end resort or hospitality environment is required. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times; prolonged periods of standing; ability to communicate effectively verbally. On-the-job training provided.
