Line Cooks

Prepare foods on cook line. Cut meats and vegetables using knives and slicers. Marinate or season vegetables and meat using common kitchen tools such as bowls and mixers. Mix ingredients for desserts, cook, boil or bake desserts. Plate dishes for customers. Clean and prepare equipment, utensils for cook area and line cook prep areas. Organize ingredients or meal portions in station for cook. 3 months kitchen experience preferred. Shifts are 9:00AM – 5:00PM; 5:00PM – 1:00AM or 4:00AM – 12:00PM. Employees will work 5- 6 days/wk but days of the week and shifts will vary weekly. Possible overtime. Employees must be able to commit to entire period of need. Will train. Wage Range paid $21.98 - $23.00 based upon performance at employers discretion. Possible bonuses based upon performance at employer's discretion. Employer will make all deductions from paycheck as required by law. A standard work week will be used to compute wages. Employer will provide employee(s), without charge or deposit charge any tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k). Employee will be reimbursed for initial inbound subsistence and transportation after 50% of employment period is completed. Upon completion of the period of need, or if employee is dismissed early, employer will pay for workers reasonable costs and subsistence of outbound, return, transportation back to where employee came from, unless the employee does not return. The a
