Grounds crew/ Grounds laborer

Perform basic manual labor to maintain golf course grounds under the supervision of senior grounds staff. Mow, trim, edge, water, and rake greens, tees, fairways, and bunkers using hand and power tools such as mowers, trimmers, shovels, and leaf blowers. Pick up litter and debris around the golf course, assist with bunker raking and hole cutting, and transport materials and tools as directed. Help prepare and maintain landscaping areas by planting, seeding, and applying fertilizers under supervision. Clean and store tools, hoses, and equipment daily. Follow all safety and maintenance procedures to support the upkeep of the golf course in accordance with club standards. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions as part of a team maintaining the appearance and playability of the course. Entry level. No experience necessary. Shifts are 5:00AM - 1:00PM and 7:00AM - 3:00PM. On Saturdays and Sundays there may be an additional shift 8:00AM 1:00PM , based upon weather and need. Wage paid within range of $25.12 - $28.00/hr based upon performance at employer's discretion. Employees will work 5-6 days/wk but days of the week and shifts will vary weekly. Up to 10 hours of overtime/wk possible. Employees must be able to commit to entire period of need. Will train. Possible bonuses based upon performance at employer's discretion.
