Prepare, plan, season and cook main dishes, sandwiches, desserts, appetizers and baked goods using knives, grills, meat slicers, ovens and fryolators. Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations. Light kitchen and utensil cleaning. 2 months kitchen help experience preferred. Rotating shifts are 5:30AM – 1:30PM; 7:00AM – 3:00PM; 8:00AM – 4:00PM; 12:00PM – 8:00PM; or 2:00PM – 10:00PM. 40 hours per week. Employees will work 5- 6 days/wk but days of the week and shifts will vary weekly. Up to 10 hrs overtime/wk possible. Employees must be able to commit to entire period of need. Will train. Wage Range with tips included from $21.93 - $24.00 based upon performance at employers discretion. Possible bonuses based upon performance at employer's discretion. A standard work week will be used to compute wages. Employer will provide employee(s), without charge or deposit charge any tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k).
