Kitchen and Server Supervisor

Inspect and order supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards. Train workers in service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Coordinate and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities. Provide employee orientation and training and create work schedules. Control inventories of food, equipment, and supplies, and report shortages to designated personnel. Work along-side servers and bartenders servicing restaurant patrons to ensuring customer satisfaction. 35-40 hrs/wk minimum 1 month experience in foodservice and/or food service supervision required. Shifts are 8:00AM – 3:00PM; 3:00AM – 10:00PM Employees will work 5- 6 days/wk but days of the week and shifts will vary weekly. Up to 10 hrs overtime/wk possible. Employees must be able to commit to entire period of need. Will train. Wage Range with tips included from $25.47 - $27.00 based upon performance at employers discretion.
