Experienced Groundskeepers

Maintain and oversee the condition of golf course grounds, including greens, tees, fairways, traps, and landscaped areas, to ensure professional standards of playability and presentation. Perform and coordinate skilled maintenance tasks such as mowing, aerating, fertilizing, watering, and applying topdressing and turf treatments under direction of the Golf Course Superintendent. Use and maintain specialized golf course equipment such as greens mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, aerators, top dressers, and irrigation systems. Monitor turf health, soil conditions, and moisture levels; adjust irrigation schedules and report issues to supervisors. Assist with course renovation, sod installation, and bunker maintenance projects. Lead seasonal or entry-level crew members in proper techniques, safe equipment use, and maintenance standards. Perform daily inspection and cleaning of tools and machinery, follow all safety procedures, and uphold the quality and aesthetic standards expected at a private golf club. 3 months experience in golf course maintenance or similar golf course position preferred. Shifts are 5:00AM – 1:00PM and 6:00AM – 2:00PM. On Saturdays and Sundays there may be an additional shift 7:00AM – 12:00PM, based upon weather and need. Wage paid within range of $25.12 - $28.00/hr based upon performance at employer's discretion. Employees will work 5-6 days/wk but days of the week and shifts will vary weekly. 40 hrs/wk.
