Wychmere Harbor Functions LP dba Wychmere Beach Club seeks Food & Beverage Servers, 12 openings, Temporary full-time positions from 4/1/26 to 11/10/26 in Harwich Port, MA. Food & Beverage Servers: Take orders and serve Food and Beverage to guests at banquet venues or at the club restaurant. Accurately delivers meal orders to proper seats and tables as well as pours table side beverages throughout the course of service. Follow daily checklists for side work including set-ups, stocks, and break down of service. Ability to stand for entire shift and carry items up to 25 lbs. Must have excellent communications skills. Min. age is 18 due to alcohol service. No experience necessary; will train. Workers will be paid no less than $20.80 per hour. Returning workers and workers with more experience may be paid higher wage rates up to $26.00 per hour. Overtime hours may be available at a rate ranging from $31.20 to $39.00 per hour. Generally, min. of 35 hours per week, on average 7 hours per workday and 5 workdays per week. Weekends and holidays required.
