Dining Room Attendants

** Use broom and mop to sweep floor; clear tables; use sanitation and cleaning agent to wipe and clean the table. They will serve food to a tray jack, and then the server will deliver the food to guest tables. They will not deliver food to tables directly. ** Tasks: Facilitate food service. Greet and seat patrons. Clean tables and dining room, remove dirty dishes, replace soiled table linens; set tables; replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes; assist in delivering orders to tables; replenish buffet bar with food; and serve items such as water, condiments, and coffee to patrons.
