Prepare, plan, season and cook main dishes, sandwiches, appetizers, shell fish and lobster plates using fryolators, grills, ovens, stove tope, meat slicers, knives, and other customary and traditional kitchen tools. Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations. Light kitchen and utensil cleaning. 35-40 hrs/wk 3 months experience as cook, prep cook or similar kitchen experience preferred. Shifts are: 9:00AM – 4:00PM and 4:00PM – 11:00PM. Employees will work 5- 6 days/wk but days of the week and shifts will vary weekly. Up to 15 hours of overtime/wk. Employees must be able to commit to entire period of need. Will train. Pay will be within range $21.93 - $23.00 based upon performance at employers discretion. Employer will provide employee(s), without charge or deposit charge any tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k). Employee will be reimbursed for initial inbound subsistence and transportation after 50% of employment period is completed.
