Food & Beverage Server

The worker is responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and professional service to all guests while ensuring a memorable dining experience. The worker must greet guests promptly and courteously in accordance with Omni’s steps of service guidelines, and efficiently receive, deliver, and clear food and beverages throughout service. The role involves attending to guests’ needs during meals and events, using suggestive selling and upselling techniques when taking orders, and maintaining thorough knowledge of current menu offerings, specials, and pricing. The worker is also responsible for completing assigned side work, polishing and sanitizing service utensils and glassware, and maintaining a safe and clean environment in compliance with Omni’s safety standards. Additionally, the worker must adhere to all liquor liability laws, attend designated pre-meal meetings, and perform all duties with a focus on creating exceptional service and lasting guest satisfaction.
