Landscape Laborer

Landscape or maintain property grounds of lawn, tree, shrub, evergreen, and perennials at customer locations using a variety of hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: mowing, trimming, sod laying, planting, watering, mulching, digging, and fertilizing. Assist with installation of mortarless segmental masonry wall units/similar, loading/unloading trucks with plant and other landscape material, and installation of those materials at worksites. May perform other job duties pursuant to 37-3011, Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers. F.a.5a-F.a.6b: 35+ hours/week. 7-hour shifts between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm. 5 days per week, Mon-Sat. Schedule (including workdays) may vary. May work more than the guaranteed hours. May work overtime. OT varies and must be pre-approved. F.b.8a: Workers will be paid no less than the wage listed. Employer may pay higher wage rates to or pay for housing for workers based on seniority with employer and level of skill. Employer may pay higher wage rates if worker has a valid driver’s license. Overtime hours may vary. F.b.8a: Depending on work conditions, the employer may offer workers performing certain tasks during certain periods of the season an opportunity to earn an incentive bonus over and above the guaranteed rate of pay set forth above.
