Cook

As a cook, the worker will prepare and cook food in a fast-food restaurant with a limited menu that includes wraps, wings, and sandwiches. The worker will work with a deep fryer and flat-top grill to prepare and cook wings and sandwiches and will use various kitchen utensils such as knives, spoons, tongs, and spatulas. The worker will also wash and prepare vegetables for food. The worker will read food order slips or receive verbal instructions from the manager or customer and prepare and cook food according to instructions. The worker will clean food preparation areas, kitchen areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils. The worker will also pre-cook food to use as samples. The worker will also take out leftovers and waste to the trash receptacle. One (1) month of training will be provided
