Cleaning Specialist

Perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the casino public areas, rest rooms, and other property buildings, in a clean and orderly manner. Duties may include vacuuming carpeted areas, cleaning ash urns and trash receptacles, sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. Responsible for cleaning public and employee restrooms. Duties will include stocking and organizing, and sanitizing. Use of floor machines, fast paced environment, and guest service capabilities needed. Inspect all supplies and cleaning areas for quality and safety. Some outdoor spaces included. Shifts vary and range from 6am – 2pm; 7:00 am - 3:00 pm; 8am-4pm, 10a-6p, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm; 1:00 - 9:00; 3pm – 11pm, 11pm - 7:00am. Open 7 days per week. Workdays and shift times will vary. Shifts vary based on business levels, occupancy, and scheduled events. Holiday and weekend shifts are required. $15.34 per hour and $23.01 per hour for OT when available. Possible quarterly performance bonuses and holiday bonuses. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. All applicants (US workers and foreign workers) must meet hiring standards of Harrah's: must have a criminal background check and drug test prior to start of employment. On the job training is not required but will be provided if necessary.
