Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, banquet, event, and dining facilities, by mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and wiping of floors, walls and all other service and guest areas. Clean dishes, pots, floors, and banquet equipment including chaffers, tables, utensils and other buffet and table accessories and furnishings. Some storage and stocking required, as well as banquet equipment storage and setup, and banquet furnishing settings. Set up dishwashing machine, i.e. drains closed, tanks filled, temperatures at correct level, detergent at proper level. Washing and cleaning of glassware, silverware, pots, pans and baking pans. Clean dishwashing equipment and working areas maintaining sanitation regulations and safety standards. Collect, remove, sort, and depose of trash and recyclables in proper receptacles. Shifts vary and range from 6am – 2pm; 7:00 am - 3:00 pm; 8am-4pm, 10a-6p, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm; 1:00 - 9:00; 3pm – 11pm, 11pm - 7:00am. Open 7 days per week. Workdays and shift times will vary. Shifts vary based on business levels, occupancy, and scheduled events. Holiday and weekend shifts are required. $15 per hour and $22.50 per hour for OT when available. Possible quarterly performance bonuses and holiday bonuses. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. All applicants (US workers and foreign workers) must meet hiring standards of Harrah's: must have a criminal background check and drug test prior to start of employment. On the job training is not required
